Tonya was born in Nashville and has lived in the area for most of her life. She is dedicated community member and enjoys serving her neighbors in a variety of ways. She is a member of the National Youth Sports Coaches Association and Sponsors the Mt. Juliet Bears, a PeeWee Football Team. She is also a sponsor of the Children's Miracle Network and a Charter Member of the Mt. Juliet/Wilson County Kiwanis.

Tonya loves water and is passionate about the area in which she lives. Surrounded by Old Hickory Lake and J. Percy Priest Lake, she is in her element. Sharing the beauty of Tennessee is one of Tonya's favorite things to do.

When not enjoying the serene beauty of Tennessee, Tonya goes to the opposite end of the noise scale and indulges her affinity for hockey and NASCAR and drag racing. She is an avid fan of the Nashville Predators and follows NASCAR very closely.
